- Asset distribution in emergency situations
- Plans for elderly care and burial arrangements
Shanclear helps couples discuss topics that may be difficult to address directly. The approach supports couples in considering both emotional factors and future life planning.
Combining Emotional and Legal Preparation
As part of its support for senior matchmaking, Shanclear also developed the concept of a “legal health check,” a legal readiness assessment designed to help couples review important matters before moving their relationship forward.
The concept focuses on several key areas, including:
- Financial situations, including assets, debts, and inheritance
- Housing plans after remarriage
- Relationships with children and other family members
Through this approach, couples can identify potential risks earlier and make necessary preparations before problems arise.
